Tender pork strips cooked with BBQ sauce, bell peppers, and red onion make vibrant and delicious fajitas.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup red onion slices
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup barbeque sauce
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • Place pork strips, cumin, and garlic pepper blend in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake well to coat the pork evenly.
  • 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. 2. Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Add onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper; cook until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes. 4. Stir in barbeque sauce and simmer until flavors blend, about 2 minutes.
  • Ladle the flavorful pork mixture onto warm flour tortillas.
