"Pressure cook pork butt with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for delicious sandwiches, chili, or tacos!"
Ingredients:
  • 8 pounds pork butt roast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 c water
  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Roughly coat pork butt with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer it to a 4- to 6-quart pressure cooker and cover with water. Seal the lid and bring to high pressure for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook for 1 hour.
  • Release the pressure, drain off juices, and set aside about 2 cups. Shred the pork and combine with barbeque sauce, using reserved liquid as necessary to achieve your preferred texture.
