Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 0.5 cup chile sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions:
  • Brown both sides of the chicken in a heated pressure cooker for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour a flavorful mixture of onions, spicy chile sauce, water, and tangy vinegar over the chicken in the bowl.
  • Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Remove from heat and release pressure naturally before opening the cooker carefully.
