Spicy buffalo wings with a fiery hot sauce and rich butter coating.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it reaches a high temperature.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Grill the wings for 8 to 12 minutes on each side until the juices run clear. Note that larger pieces may require a bit more cooking time.
  • Combine melted butter in a saucepan with hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  • Put the wings in a large container with a tight-fitting lid. Add the sauce, seal the container, and shake vigorously to coat the wings evenly.
