Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml onions, diced
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 sachet taco seasoning
  • 40.00 gm water
  • 1 packet plain corn chips
  • 1 can mexe-beans
  • 250.00 ml tasty cheese
  • Light guacamole, to serve
  • 37.60 gm light sour cream, to serve
  • Mild salsa, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C.
  • Sauté onions in a pan with a splash of oil until golden. Brown meat with the onions. Stir in taco seasoning and a couple of tablespoons of water, mix until well combined. Cook until water is slightly reduced.
  • Arrange corn chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with meat, beans, and cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and golden. Serve alongside guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
