Elevate grilled shrimp with zesty basil, lemon, mustard, and garlic marinade. Unforgettable flavor in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1.5 lemons, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon Country Mustard™)
  • 0.5 cup minced fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper
  • 3 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
  • Combine the olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, mustard, basil, garlic, salt, and white pepper in a shallow dish. Mix well, add the shrimp, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Heat the grill to high, then skewer the shrimp after removing them from the marinade and discarding the marinade.
  • Prepare the grill grate with a light coating of oil and place the skewers on the hot grill. Grill for about 4 minutes, flipping once, until the skewers are cooked through and no longer translucent.
