- 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
- 1 (11.5 ounce) package fudge stripe cookies
- 1 (6 ounce) bag milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon red gel icing
- Follow the package instructions to prepare the cake mix for cupcakes. Allow the cupcakes to cool, then generously frost them with chocolate frosting.
- Gently split the cookies in half and gently press two halves on top of each cupcake like wings, with the stripes facing outward. Add a chocolate kiss in front of the cookies with the point facing forward as the body. Then, use red gel icing to create two small eyes near the point of the kiss. Enjoy the creative process!
