BBQ chicken and salad wraps

Delicious BBQ chicken wraps with fresh lettuce, avocado, onion, tomato, Parmesan, and creamy mayo in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 8 RSPCA Approved Chicken Kebabs Honey Soy
  • 4 Simson’s Pantry wraps
  • 1/2 baby cos lettuce, coarsely shredded
  • 1 avocado, stoned, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
  • 20g parmesan
  • 100g mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased chargrill or barbecue flat plate over medium heat. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, for 10 mins until fully cooked. Place on a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 mins. Slide the chicken off the skewers before serving.
  • Place a generous portion of lettuce, chicken, avocado, onion, tomato, and parmesan on each wrap. Drizzle with mayonnaise, season to taste, tightly roll up, and serve on individual plates.
