BBQ corn with smoky paprika butter recipe

Elevate your BBQ with flavorful juicy corn on the cob as a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 10.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 1/4 coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 250.00 ml coarsely chopped coriander
  • 6 corn cobs, husks on
  • 25g parmesan
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter, paprika, lemon juice, parsley, and coriander. Season to taste.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Pull back the corn husks to reveal the kernels and secure them with kitchen string. Remove the silk. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
  • Arrange the corn cobs on a platter and generously spread the butter mixture over them. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving hot and fresh.
