BBQ steak with potato salad recipe

Quickly prepare a gourmet dinner at home with only 5 ingredients in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Graze Grass Fed Beef New York Strip Steaks
  • 6 baby white potatoes
  • 75g aioli
  • 200g pkt Australian 4 Leaf Salad
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Season the beef, then grill for 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until it reaches your desired doneness. Transfer the beef to a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Place the potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain well and slice thickly.
  • Mix the aioli and 1 tablespoon of warm water in a small bowl. Toss together the salad leaves, onion, and potato in a large bowl.
  • Slice the steak thickly and place on serving plates with the salad. Season the dish and drizzle the aioli mixture over the salad before serving.
