Beef, cashew and baby broccoli stir-fry recipe

Impress with this tasty stir-fry recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 60ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 42.00 gm sweet soy sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 36.40 gm peanut oil
  • 600g No Added Hormones Beef Rump Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bunch baby broccoli, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 450g pkt microwavable jasmine rice
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed
  • 120g cashew
Instructions:
  • Mix the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a small jug.
  • In a hot wok or large frying pan, brown half the beef in 2 tsp of oil for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with the remaining beef in another 2 tsp of oil. Wipe the wok or pan clean.
  • In the wok or pan, heat the remaining oil. Add the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the garlic and broccoli, stir-frying for another 2 minutes until just tender.
  • Heat the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Add the beef back to the wok or pan along with the snow peas, cashews, and soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed. Serve with rice.
