Succulent beef stir-fry with marinated beef, crunchy cashews, and fresh broccoli, a better-than-takeout meal. Enjoy with noodles, rice, or as a paleo dish.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Graze Grass Fed Beef Stir-Fry strips
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 bunches baby broccoli, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 80ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 75g cashew
Instructions:
  • Preheat a non-stick wok over high heat and stir-fry one-quarter of the beef until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Continue the process three more times with the remaining beef.
  • Sauté onion and baby broccoli in the wok until tender. Add back the beef, sweet chilli sauce, and cashews. Stir-fry until heated through.
