Indulge in a savory Beef, Ranch, and Bacon pasta skillet using Hamburger Helper™. Creamy ranch, crispy bacon, topped with avocado and green onions for a satisfying meal. Quick, easy, and irresistible - a must-try dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 box (5.9 oz) Hamburger Helper™ Ranch and Bacon
  • 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions:
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked; then drain.
  • Combine hot water, milk, uncooked pasta, and sauce mix from the box in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Simmer covered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and mix in 1/2 cup of cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, cover, and allow to sit for 3 minutes. Drizzle with savory ranch dressing, then garnish with creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and fresh green onions.
