Family-friendly beef and bean tacos for a simple and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Cook with Curtis Mexican Recipe Beef Mince
  • 2 tsp plain flour
  • 454g can refried beans, warmed
  • 8 corn or small flour tortillas, warmed
  • Shredded lettuce, to serve
  • Tomato wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan on high heat. Cook the beef, breaking up lumps, for 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Combine flour with water, stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. Season with salt to taste.
  • Layer the beans on top of the tortillas and generously pile on the savory beef mixture, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato wedges.
