Whip up easy Bisquick pizza pockets for a delicious and convenient meal option at home. Perfect for busy weeknights or on-the-go lunches.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup very warm water (120°F to 130°F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked steak
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix with warm water and olive oil in a medium bowl until well mixed and moistened. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Gently shape dough into a ball and divide it into 8 equal parts. Flatten each part and use a rolling pin to create circles approximately 1/8-inch thick. Transfer the circles onto a baking sheet.
  • Top each dough circle with a generous amount of steak, crumbled bacon, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese. Fold over and seal the edges securely.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve piping hot, or allow to cool to room temperature before wrapping in plastic wrap and freezing for future use.
