Whip up flavorful beef bulgogi with quick soy-sesame dipping sauce for a mouthwatering Korean BBQ experience in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, whites and greens, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 pounds beef sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons crushed toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 0.25 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the soy sauce, green onions, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes until flavors meld deliciously.
  • Make a flavorful dipping sauce by combining 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds, ginger root, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of sugar in a separate bowl.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve alongside a delicious dipping sauce.
