Delicious mini beef sliders, perfect for a quick and impressive meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 traditional mini panini rolls
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 240g pkt Brand mini angus beef burgers
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
  • 4 Brand amoroso tomatoes, sliced
  • 200g Brand classic guacamole
  • Barbecue sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Arrange the rolls on a baking tray and bake following the instructions on the packet.
  • Heat up a chargrill or frying pan on high and give it a light spray of oil. Sear the beef patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked.
  • Place a bed of lettuce on the bottom half of each roll, followed by a juicy beef patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous spoonful of creamy guacamole. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper, then cap it with the top half of the roll. Serve alongside a side of tangy barbecue sauce.
