Whip up a delicious and fast dinner using pantry staples.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package Hamburger Helper™ beef taco
  • 3 2/3 cups hot water
  • 2 cups Progresso™ red kidney beans (from 19-oz can), drained, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
  • Sliced ripe olives, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sear the beef over medium-high heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove any excess fat by draining.
  • Combine the Sauce Mix, hot water, and beans in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the uncooked Pasta and simmer covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Whisk Supreme Topping mix and milk in a bowl for about 30 seconds until nearly smooth. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over the beef mixture and let it sit uncovered for about 5 minutes until the sauce reaches your desired thickness (it will thicken as it sits). Top with tomato and olives before serving.
