Make a romantic Valentine's Day dinner with tender beef tenderloin cooked in flavorful vegetable broth.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1.25 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 (32 fluid ounce) container vegetable broth (such as Emeril's®)
  • 0.5 cup dry red wine
  • 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Add the cubed beef, seal the bag, and refrigerate flat for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Take the beef out of the marinade and gently dry it with paper towels.
  • 1. Heat vegetable broth in a fondue pot until it reaches 225 degrees F (105 degrees C). Stir in wine and green onions. Cook beef cubes in the simmering broth using fondue forks for 1 to 2 minutes per forkful.
