Indulge in juicy beef tenderloin coated in zesty horseradish and Dijon mustard. Marinate ahead, then bake to perfection for a succulent entree.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons horseradish
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine Dijon mustard, horseradish, basil, thyme, tarragon, and pepper. Coat the steaks evenly with this flavorful mixture. Wrap each steak in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously spray a small glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Season steaks to your liking with a sprinkle of salt. Transfer them to a baking dish, then roast in a preheated oven until cooked to your preferred level (30 minutes for medium-rare, 60 minutes for well done).
