Whip up this crowd-pleasing dip, perfect for game day or entertaining. Enjoy with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 jars (15 oz each) salsa con queso dip
  • 16 oz prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
  • 2 bottles (12 oz each) beer
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked, drained
  • Tortilla chips for dipping, as desired
Instructions:
  • Grease a 5- to 6-quart round or oval slow cooker. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to smoothly blend cream cheese. Add salsa con queso dip and mix well, then incorporate prepared cheese product and beer until the mixture is almost smooth. Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
  • Combine uncooked pasta with the flavorful sauce mix from the Hamburger Helper box. Mix thoroughly before adding the cooked ground beef.
  • Cover and cook on High heat for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is hot and the pasta is cooked.
  • Garnish with tortilla chips on the side for a satisfying crunch.
