Cheesy beer-infused triangle appetizers made with Bisquick® mix, ready in just 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup beer or apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • Bean dip, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease large cookie sheets. Combine Bisquick mix, cheese, and beer in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
  • Place the dough on a surface dusted with Bisquick mix, gently coat the dough with more Bisquick mix, shape it into a ball, and knead it 5 times. Then, press or roll the dough into a 16x10-inch rectangle.
  • Cut rectangle into 2-inch squares, leaving them attached; then cut each square diagonally in half. Brush the dough with melted butter and generously sprinkle with sesame seeds. Gently separate the triangles and arrange them on cookie sheets.
  • Bake until perfectly golden brown and crispy, then pair with your favorite dip for a delicious snack.
