Crunchy Fiber One waffles with zesty lemon filling and blueberries, ready in 20 mins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Fiber One™ Honey Clusters® cereal, crushed
  • 1 cup Bisquick™ Complete pancake & waffle mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup turbinado sugar (raw sugar)
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh blueberries
  • Additional Fiber One™ Honey Clusters® cereal, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Belgian waffle maker by generously spraying it with cooking spray, then heat it up.
  • Combine crushed cereal, Bisquick mix, egg, milk, and turbinado sugar in a medium bowl until well blended. Pour half of the batter onto a preheated waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for about 5 minutes until steaming stops. Gently transfer the waffle to a serving plate and repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Serve the large waffles with a generous dollop of zesty lemon pie filling and a fluffy cloud of whipped topping. Scatter succulent blueberries and an extra crunch of cereal on top before enjoying. Optionally, cut the waffles in half to make them easier to handle.
