Create a stunning Dutch baby filled with mixed berries to impress loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 Eggland’s Best® Large Eggs
  • 1 oz cream cheese, softened (from 8-oz package)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 2 cups assorted fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and generously coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in Bisquick™ mix and continue stirring over low heat for about 1 minute until a dough ball forms. Remove from heat.
  • Using a spoon, gently beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and glossy after each addition. Spread the mixture in a pie plate, ensuring not to spread it up the sides.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed, dry in center, and golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, whipping cream, lemon peel, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until soft peaks form.
  • Take the Dutch baby out of the oven and promptly garnish it with berries and cream cheese topping. Finish by drizzling honey over the top and serve right away.
