Delicious and nutritious frozen treat for kids, a perfect ice cream substitute.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml frozen mixed berries
  • 120.00 gm butter (softened)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 40.00 gm Golden Sweetener
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Thaw the frozen berries in the microwave-safe bowl until just thawed, for about 1 minute, depending on the microwave's wattage.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into silicone mold and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Take the fat bombs out of the molds after removing them from the freezer and indulge in their deliciousness! Keep the fat bombs in the freezer in an airtight container for storage.
