Elevate your morning with a refreshing mix of yogurt, berries, and muesli for a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150g punnets mulberries
  • 1 x 150g punnet blueberries
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 42.00 gm fresh orange juice
  • 1 x 500g container creamy premium-\tblend vanilla yoghurt (Jalna brand)
  • Muesli, to serve, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over low heat, mix half of the mulberries and blueberries with the icing sugar mixture and orange juice. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until the mulberries soften. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Stir in the remaining mulberries and blueberries until combined.
  • Whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy using a balloon whisk in a medium bowl. Transfer the yogurt to a 1L (4-cup) rectangular glass dish and spread it evenly.
  • Drizzle the syrupy berries over the creamy yogurt and gently swirl with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
  • Top the yogurt with the syrup-soaked berries and muesli for a delightful finish.
