Indulge in a delightful dessert featuring flavorful and vibrant berries!
Ingredients:
  • 36.00 gm Low GI cane sugar
  • 40.00 ml orange-flavoured liqueur (optional)
  • 42.00 gm orange juice
  • 125g fresh raspberries
  • 125g fresh blueberries
  • 250g fresh strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • Reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt, to serve
  • Almond biscotti, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together sugar, liqueur (if using), and orange juice. Stir continuously for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • Gently combine berries with sugar mixture. Divide into 4 glasses and top with a dollop of yogurt. Serve alongside biscotti.
