  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl until blended. Add mashed banana, almond milk, and vegetable oil; stir until fully combined.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cooking until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
