Make delectable dessert using spiced Speculaas or ginger biscuits.
Ingredients:
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 125ml cream
  • 450g frozen mixed berries
  • 10 speculaas biscuits, crushed
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate and cream together in a heatproof bowl placed over simmering water, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the fresh berries into individual serving bowls, drizzle with the rich chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with the cookie crumbs. Enjoy right away.
