Berry & vanilla fro-yo lollies

Upgrade your summer popsicles with Granola Dust and optional dark chocolate for a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 100 g berries such as raspberries, strawberries, cherries, or a mixture
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • 300 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 75 g Granola Dust plus extra for dusting
  • 50 g quality dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine berries and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Mix yoghurt, vanilla, and Granola Dust in a large bowl. Fill 6 ice lolly moulds with the yoghurt mixture, add berry purée, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours. Melt chocolate and olive oil together, let cool slightly. Dip moulds in hot water, carefully remove lollies, drizzle with chocolate, sprinkle with Granola Dust, and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Enjoy immediately or chill for 20 minutes for a chocolatey snap!
