Ingredients:
  • 350g mixed frozen berries
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 6.60 gm vanilla extract
  • 8-12 croissants, fresh or frozen
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine frozen berries, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Warm the croissants in the oven or microwave. If you are using frozen croissants, prepare them according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Arrange the croissants elegantly on a platter and accompany them with the delightful berry compote.
