Impressive and easy dessert featuring berries and angel food cake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups Yoplait® Thick & Creamy vanilla yogurt (from three 6-ounce containers)
  • 1 round angel food cake (8 inches in diameter), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • In a cool bowl, whip the whipping cream and sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in the yogurt gently.
  • In a large bowl, delicately fold the cake pieces with the yogurt mixture. In a separate medium bowl, gently toss the berries.
  • Pour half of the cake mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and press firmly with a rubber spatula. Layer half of the berries on top. Repeat the process with the remaining cake mixture and berries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Gently slide a metal spatula along the edge of the dessert to loosen it, then remove the pan's side. Cut the dessert into wedges.
