Indulge in a delightful spring treat: angel food cake with fresh berries and billowy whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 1 1/3 cups cold water
  • 1 can (21 oz) raspberry pie filling
  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • Whipped cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake cake mix in an angel food (tube) pan following the box instructions, using cold water. Allow to cool completely for about 2 hours.
  • Mix together the pie filling, strawberries, and blueberries in a medium bowl.
  • Slice the cake into 12 pieces. Cut each piece in half diagonally to form 2 triangles. Place 2 triangles on each of 12 serving plates. Garnish with fruity mixture and whipped cream.
