Creamy fruit-filled chocolate cups: a divine and easy dessert.
Ingredients:
- 185mls (3/4 cup) thin cream
- 20.00 ml liqueur-style orange brandy flavouring (Queen brand)
- 200g (1 punnet) raspberries
- 150g (1 punnet) blueberries
- 1 x 84g pkt chocolate dessert cups (Creative Gourmet brand)
Instructions:
- Whip the cream and flavoring in a medium bowl with electric beaters until soft peaks form.
- Gently swirl in half of the raspberries and half of the blueberries using a large metal spoon.
- Fill the chocolate dessert cups with the berry cream using a spoon, and garnish with the extra berries before serving.
