Indulge in a quick and delightful berry pudding with store-bought jam rollettes for a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 150g blueberries
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 60mls (1/4 cup) water
  • 9 jam rollettes, sliced
  • 175mis thickened cream, whipped
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, delicately simmer strawberries, blueberries, caster sugar, and water until just boiling. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Assemble layers of jam rollette slices, berry mixture, and cream in a serving bowl or individual glasses for a delightful presentation.
