Golden brown oven-baked pancake filled with fresh berries and bananas.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), then grease a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, milk, eggs, butter, and salt. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, for about 20-22 minutes, then fill immediately with fresh banana, blueberries, and strawberries.
