Berry-Chocolate Fruit Decadence

Indulgent cherry-chocolate parfaits for chocolate-covered cherry fans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy strawberry or creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free chocolate-flavored syrup
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 1/4 cups)
  • 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced, or 3 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy yogurt, rich chocolate syrup, and sweet coconut in a large bowl. Gently incorporate the fluffy whipped topping until well blended.
  • Divide 1 cup of strawberries among 8 dessert dishes. Add a layer of half of the yogurt mixture on top. Repeat the layers. Serve immediately.
