Bake gooey brownies in deep dish, then freeze for ultimate moistness. So simple!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously butter the bottom of a 7x11-inch freezer-safe baking pan.
  • In a small pan over gentle heat, melt butter and chocolate together, stirring continuously. Take off heat, mix in sugar, then blend in eggs one by one. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a bowl, blend flour and cocoa powder. Incorporate the butter-chocolate mixture and mix until fully combined. Transfer batter into the greased baking pan.
  • Once the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean after baking for about 35 minutes in the preheated oven, promptly transfer the brownies to the freezer to seal in the moisture.
