Savory meatloaf made with rolled oats, tomato juice, onions, and lean ground beef, ready in just an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the meat, tomato juice, oats, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Gently mix until well-combined. Press the mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour until meat is cooked through and juices run clear. Drain any excess liquid and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
