Tomato-infused meatloaf with flavorful pan sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular, Healthy Request® or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup and recipe mix
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup water
Instructions:
  • Combine 1/2 cup tomato soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg in a large bowl until fully blended. Transfer the mixture to a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and shape into an 8x4-inch loaf.
  • Roast at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, warm up 2 tablespoons of pan drippings, the rest of the tomato soup, and water over medium heat until it's hot and bubbling. Serve the flavorful sauce with the meatloaf.
