Delicious rolled dog biscuits with cornmeal, chicken stock, egg, and parsley for a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a cookie sheet.
  • Combine cornmeal, flour, and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat egg with oil, then mix in chicken broth and parsley. Slowly incorporate wet mixture into dry mixture until a soft dough forms.
  • Gently knead dough on a lightly floured surface, then roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters and place cookies 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until firm.
