Indulge in a festive birthday bars with yellow cake base, cream cheese frosting, Oreo™ crumbles, and sprinkles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 container (1.75 oz) Betty Crocker™ rainbow mix sprinkles (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 1 container (12 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 boxes (4-serving size each) Jell-O™ French vanilla-flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 12 Oreo golden birthday cake flavor creme sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, eggs, water, and vanilla until fully combined. Gently fold in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.
  • Bake until beautifully golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 45 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend the cream cheese and frosting until smooth, remembering to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix in 2 cups of whipped topping, followed by 2 tablespoons of sprinkles. Spread the mixture over the baked base.
  • In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer. Dollop the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer and spread it evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • To serve, generously sprinkle cookies and extra sprinkles on top. Slice into 6 by 4 grid. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
