Indulge in decadent Biscoff stuffed dates coated in milk or dark chocolate. Quick and easy to make with only 4 ingredients, they're perfect for satisfying any dessert craving. Vegan-friendly and ready in just 20 minutes, these sweet treats are ideal for a post-workout snack, afternoon treat, or after-dinner delight.
Ingredients:
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 80g (1/4 cup) Biscoff spread
  • 3 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 150g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Make a small incision in each date using a sharp knife and remove the seeds.
  • Transfer the Biscoff spread into a sealable bag or piping bag. Cut off a 1cm corner. Stuff each date with Biscoff spread, sprinkle with crushed biscuits, and arrange on the tray.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl in 1-minute intervals, stirring halfway, until smooth.
  • Using 2 forks, individually coat each date in melted chocolate, letting any extra chocolate drip off before placing them back on the tray.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crushed Biscoff on top of the dates, then chill the tray until the chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
