Kid-friendly turkey meatball biscuits served with marinara dipping sauce. Swap store-bought with homemade freezer-friendly turkey meatballs.
Ingredients:
  • 12 small (1 1/2-inch) precooked meatballs, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Tomato sauce, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • If meatballs are frozen, simply microwave them for 1 to 2 minutes until just thawed. They don't need to be fully heated as they will finish cooking in the oven.
  • Combine Bisquick™ mix and milk in a medium bowl until a dough forms. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thick on a surface lightly dusted with Bisquick™ mix. Use a 3-inch round cutter to make 12 circles. Wrap meatballs in the dough circles; brush the bottoms with melted butter. Arrange them in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish or 9 1/2-inch round pie plate in an even layer. Brush the tops and sides with the remaining butter and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • Bake for a minimum of 12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and the dough is fully cooked.
  • Enjoy with a side of delicious tomato sauce for dipping.
