Ingredients:
  • 30.00 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 20.00 ml currants
  • 1 red oakleaf lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 raddichio lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 baby fennel bulb, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, and currants together. Season to taste and let sit for 15 minutes to develop flavors.
  • In a large bowl, gently combine the lettuces and fennel. Drizzle the dressing over them and toss to coat. Serve right away.
