Black bean hummus recipe

Wholesome black bean hummus with sweet chili, chipotle sauce, and lime. Quick and flavorful dip for guilt-free snacking all day.
Ingredients:
  • 400g can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 48.00 gm tahini
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 3 tsp chipotle sauce (or to taste)
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Combine beans, garlic, tahini, lime juice, sweet chili, and chipotle in a food processor. Season with salt and process until creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sour cream, coriander, and a drizzle of oil.
