Black Cat martini recipe

Indulge in our Aniseed Vodka Cocktail, featuring infused Black Cats lollies vodka, chocolate and vanilla liqueur, and a touch of Bailey's for a decadent party treat.
Ingredients:
  • Black Cats lollies, to serve
  • 90ml chocolate liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) vanilla liqueur
  • 30ml Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 170g pkt Black Cats lollies
  • 500ml (2 cups) vodka
Instructions:
  • For Black Cat vodka, drop lollipops into a 1L bottle, pour in vodka, seal with a lid, and let sit for 72 hours to 1 week for flavors to develop, shaking occasionally to combine. (See note for details.)
  • Skewer lollipops onto toothpicks. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in chocolate liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and 90ml Black Cat vodka. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into 2 martini glasses, then gently pour a layer of Baileys on top. Garnish with lollipop skewers and serve.
