Sweet black garlic and chocolate create decadent, protein-packed truffles.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup roasted honey peanut butter (such as Skippy®)
  • 0.5 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 solo black garlic bulbs
  • 2 tablespoons Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sanding sugar, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a mini food processor, blend together peanut butter, protein powder, black garlic, and Neufchatel cheese until smooth and well mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into sixteen 1-inch balls, then coat them with sanding sugar. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
