Ingredients:
  • 10 cloves solo garlic (single clove garlic)
Instructions:
  • Place the rice cooker in a well-ventilated area, like a garage or outside porch, to prevent the strong garlic aroma from spreading.
  • Add the garlic to the rice cooker, cover, and let it cook on the Keep Warm setting for 2 weeks without lifting the lid.
  • Check the garlic after 2 weeks. It should be soft, fermented, and black in color. If not, keep cooking on the same setting, checking weekly for an additional 1 to 4 weeks.
