Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons powdered unflavored gelatin
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame paste
Instructions:
  • Combine water and gelatin in a bowl, stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix milk, sugar, and black sesame paste until sugar dissolves, for about 2 to 4 minutes. Stir in the gelatin mixture and continue to cook and stir the pudding for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Allow the pudding to cool in the saucepan at room temperature for 5 minutes. Transfer the pudding into small bowls and refrigerate until firm, approximately 2 hours.
